The owner works solo, so it gets a bit slow when they&#39;re busy. But the ramen broth is so rich and the noodles have a perfect chew. I didn&#39;t mind waiting at all for something made with that much care.

The matcha roll cake was spot on. Fluffy sponge, and the cream wasn&#39;t too sweet. Went really well with my latte.
