Stopped by for a quick lunch and grabbed the sushi set. Fish tasted fresh, no complaints there. Place itself is pretty bare-bones though—plastic chairs, bright lights, not much atmosphere. Staff were nice and walked me through the menu when I hesitated. Fine if you just want a decent bite without fuss, but don't expect a cozy vibe.

The baklava alone is worth the visit. Sweet, flaky, clearly homemade. I could’ve just eaten that and left happy. The place has a laid-back vibe, staff were friendly. Maybe not the fanciest spot, but it felt genuine. I’m still thinking about that dessert.

Pizza toppings were fresh and tasty, staff friendly too. Delivery ran a bit late but they called ahead.

The set menu was solid—great progression from amuse-bouche to dessert. For the quality, the price felt right. Interior’s a bit cold though, doesn’t quite match the charm of the location.

New owners have really turned this place around. Had the steak frites and it was properly cooked, sauce was rich too. Service was friendly, maybe a bit slow but we weren't in a rush.

Food was average, like cooked in convection oven.

The steak was properly tender and the spot is right in the center, which makes it easy to find. Prices felt fair for the quality. Service was friendly too, nothing to complain about.

Decent spot for Mediterranean food. Portions were generous for what you pay. Staff stayed helpful without hovering. Pretty good overall.

The Bife de Lomo here was seriously good. We actually stayed an extra day in Valkenburg just to come back for it. Meat was tender, cooked just right. Staff were friendly too, not pushy. Place gets busy around dinner time, so maybe go a bit earlier if you want a relaxed seat.

Tapas were solid, and the all-you-can-eat deal makes sense if you're hungry. Place has a decent Spanish vibe, nothing fancy but fine for a quick bite. Service was efficient, no complaints.

The staff actually remembered my order from last week, which caught me off guard. Had the grilled octopus again, still tender, not rubbery at all. Place was busy for a Tuesday but we never felt rushed. Only thing, the music got a bit loud later on. But honestly, that lemon tart made up for it.

Simple steak and fries done right. Prices fair for what you get. Staff were friendly enough. Just don't expect a quiet dinner, it gets pretty smoky inside.

The castle setting really does most of the work here. Sat outside, just watching the light hit the old stone walls while having a beer. Food was decent, nothing crazy but fine. Could see it getting busy on weekends though. Nice spot if you're already in the area for a walk.

Stopped by for a quick dinner. Portions are solid, definitely not leaving hungry. Food came out looking decent too. Staff was friendly enough. For the price, it's a fair deal. Nothing fancy but does the job when you just want something easy.

The terrace was lovely for a relaxed evening. They handled my dietary needs without any fuss, which I appreciated. Food hit the spot too.

Had lunch on the terrace last week. Oysters with champagne foam were the highlight - really fresh, nice balance. Wine list decent too, found a good white. Service was fine, kept it low-key. Place was a bit busy but not annoying. Would go back for those oysters alone.

Been coming here for a while now. The meze selection stays consistent, which is honestly why I keep going back. Fresh bread every time, that's a big one for me. Gets a bit chaotic on busy nights, but the food makes up for it. Solid spot if you know what you're in for.

Lovely spot for a stroll—trails were well-marked and easy to follow. Parking was a breeze, and we grabbed a decent drink before heading out. Quiet when we were there, which made it even better.

The tasting menu really showed off Italian flavors—every plate looked great and tasted even better.

Dropped by for dinner last week. The tasting menu really surprised me — every plate had that kind of precision you'd expect from a fancier place. Loved the way they handled the fish course, super delicate. Room felt laid-back but still classy. Only thing is it took a while between courses, but honestly didn't mind it much.

We had mainly tapas that where all rich and tasty. The restaurant was plenty of people and, notwithstanding this, we were served quickly. The place is nice and personnel was also very nice

The Belgian endive lasagna with that vodka lime dressing is still my go-to order. Cozy spot that handles big groups fine, and the veggie options actually get some real attention here.

The homemade jenever was the highlight for me. Beer pairings with each course worked really well too. Rabbit and those meatballs in cherry sauce were proper comfort food.

The building is gorgeous, but the vibe inside felt a bit off. Some staff weren't exactly welcoming. Food was decent for the price though.

Walk-in fridge for beers is a nice touch. Burger was solid, bun held up well. Cozy little place, felt properly Dutch. Staff friendly enough, didn't have to wait long. Good for a casual stop if you're in the area.
