food was excellent and very well presented. the staff were lovely; I recently had a knee replacement and Emily noticed I was uncomfortable after about 45 minutes and gave me a spare chair to help me rest my leg up, and it&#39;s little things like that that will mean I will be going again

The lamb bhuna was spot on, rich and tender. Chicken madras had a proper kick to it. Big thanks to Zed for looking after us, and for chasing me down the street with my forgotten bag! Top bloke.

The breakfast here is a proper fry-up without being too heavy. I liked that you could pick and choose from the menu, ended up with a plate that was a bit too big for me. Nice relaxed spot for a morning feed.

Prices are fair for the quality of the homemade food. The wine list is solid, found a nice red that went well with the pasta. Portions are generous, left feeling satisfied. A good spot for a casual meal.
