Lunch at the bar, just me and a dozen Hollywood oysters. The shucking was clean, no shell fragments at all. They tasted so fresh, like they just came out of the water. My kind of midday treat.

The calamari was light and fluffy, but the star was the Zefferano Risotto. The rice had that perfect bite, and the saffron flavor was just right. That&#39;s the dish I&#39;d come back for.
