The sushi platter for two was a decent choice. Good variety, everything tasted fresh. The hot rolls were pretty good, though the portion felt a bit on the smaller side for the price.

Nice spot for a quick lunch. The fireplace is a great touch, makes it feel cosy. Food came out fast, which is what I needed. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good for a quick bite when you're in a rush.

The food was lovely and nicely presented. What really stood out was the service - the staff were so polite and attentive without being overbearing. It made for a very relaxed and comfortable meal. The portions were generous for the price, too.

Bottomless brunch here was a solid choice. The drinks were flowing without having to flag anyone down, which was nice. Food portions were generous, the shakshuka especially was a proper, hearty plate.

Been here a few times. The fish and chips are solid, good portion for the price. Pint was decent too. It’s a reliable spot for a quick bite.

A decent pub with a friendly atmosphere. The fish and chips were pretty good, probably the best I've had around here. The batter was crisp and the chips were proper. It was a bit busy, but we found a table.

The seafood platter was a nice start. The prawns were particularly good, and the seats were comfortable enough for a relaxed meal.

I had the veggie roast at The George, and it was cooked to perfection! The roast potatoes were crispy, and the greens were just right. A great choice for a Sunday lunch.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome, which really enhances the experience.

A relaxed spot for a meal with the dog. Staff were genuinely welcoming to our pup, which made the whole thing easy. The wine list had a decent local red that went nicely with the steak. A bit on the pricey side for what it was, but the hassle-free vibe with the dog is worth it.

Popped in for the afternoon tea. The veggie version was actually pretty thoughtful, not just an afterthought. Portions are generous, and the whole thing looked really nice on the stand. A solid choice if you're in the area.

Food was fresh and tasty. Ruby and Kija were lovely. They suggested a nice local red to go with the steak, which worked a treat. A solid spot for a relaxed dinner.

The bar menu had some solid options. Really appreciated the fresh ingredients in the simple dishes.

Great spot near the passport office. The veg chow mein was spot on, and the pani puri hit the spot. They have a decent house red that paired surprisingly well with the spices. A solid choice for a quick, satisfying bite.

The cocktails were really good, and they went well with the food. It’s a thoughtful detail that makes the whole meal feel more complete.

Came here for New Year's Eve, what a find. The staff were really attentive, but never hovering. The whole meal just flowed nicely. Food was spot on.

Been here a few times with the family. The food is always solid, and honestly, the prices are fair for what you get. Nothing fancy, but you leave feeling like you got your money's worth. The staff are really nice with kids, too.

Sat outside on a sunny afternoon, felt like a mini getaway. The vibe is cozy and authentic. The portion for the pasta dish was decent, but honestly, for the price point, I was expecting a bit more on the plate.

Found this little spot with friends. The prawns were so good we ordered a second plate! Duck was tasty too, but honestly, just kept talking and snacking on those prawns all night. Perfect for a casual catch-up.

Stopped in after a walk with the dog. The cheesecake croissant was the highlight—flaky pastry, not too sweet filling. They brought a little bowl of water and a treat for him, which was thoughtful. Flat white was decent. Nice little spot.

I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes and the high standard of wines and spirits. The staff made my family feel special, and the live entertainment added a lovely touch to our dining experience.

Christmas lunch with the family. The turkey was good, but the real star was the mulled wine. It paired so well with the rich gravy and all the trimmings. Service was a bit slow, but it was a busy day.
