The sausage and onion quiche was the star here. Really generous slice, clearly just out of the oven. Flaky pastry and a nice, savoury filling. A solid choice for a quick lunch.

The kitchen team here really works like a well-oiled machine. Saw the head chef guiding a younger cook through a sauce, patient and clear. It shows in the food - everything came out consistent and timed just right. A good sign.

Lovely lunch on the balcony. The view of the Purbeck Hills is just stunning on a clear day. It made the simple grilled salmon and salad feel like a proper treat. A really nice spot to unwind.

Been coming here for years. The service is always spot on, never feels rushed. It's just consistent, which is what keeps me coming back.

Great location right in the high street, so easy to pop in after shopping. The portion sizes are generous for the price, which is a big plus for me. I had the fish and chips, and it was more than enough.

My visit to The Kitchen was nothing short of amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious. I especially loved the cauliflower fritters and the signature dessert!

The lunch menu is solid. Had the grilled chicken salad, portion was generous for the price. The chicken was moist, greens fresh. Could've used a bit more dressing, but it's a good midday bite.

The food was tasty, no complaints there. But honestly, it's a bit pricey for a casual catch-up. We had a great time, but my wallet felt it afterwards. More of a special occasion spot with friends.

Had a lovely dinner with friends. The food was really good, especially the steak. It is a bit pricey, but the vibe was perfect for a catch-up. We stayed for ages just chatting.

Stumbled in after a long day. The lasagne was solid, but the real star was the house red they suggested. It had just the right body to cut through the rich tomato sauce. The crème brûlée was decent, though a touch too sweet for my taste.

The Panang curry is fantastic, but the portion size felt a bit small for the price. I was still a little peckish afterwards. It's delicious, just wish there was a bit more of it.

The upstairs seating was so comfortable, and I really appreciated the quiet corner table by the window. The view of the square was lovely. A very relaxing spot for a peaceful meal.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. They really took their time to explain the menu and made us feel right at home. Service was spot on, not rushed at all. Just a really nice, relaxed vibe thanks to them.

Quick coffee and pastry stop. Staff are super efficient, got my order out in no time. Coffee was good, croissant fresh. Perfect for a fast bite when you're in a rush.

Came in for a casual lunch. The steak and ale pie with cheesy mash was really good, proper pub food. What I liked was the space - high ceilings and big windows, felt really light and airy for a pub.

Evening visit, and lots of the menu was sold out. Bit of a shame, but what we had was tasty and came out steaming hot.

Lovely clean cafe, really easy to get in with a wheelchair. The atmosphere is just comfortable, you know? And the shared loo was spotless, which is always a plus.

Ella was our server and really attentive. The manager was also hands-on, helping the team. Food was good, but the portions felt a bit small for the price. A bit more on the plate would've made it feel like better value.

Staff were nice. Food's good too, but you do wait a bit. They cook it fresh. 👍 Good tunes playing. Friendly spot.

Been coming here for years, it's our local. The fruit scones are always fresh and warm, just the right amount of crumble. They don't skimp on the jam and clotted cream either. A solid spot for a quiet cuppa.

Had a business lunch on the veranda. Staff knew the menu well, gave clear recommendations without hovering. The setting was efficient for a meeting.

Pasta was loaded with prawns, really flavourful. Everything came out hot, portions are generous. Just a solid meal.

The fish and chips were spot on - lovely and crispy. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff were really friendly. My only small note is that the seating was a bit snug for a longer meal, but it was still a nice, easy lunch.

The bartender was so nice, really made our little group feel welcome. Everyone working there seems genuinely friendly, which is nice when you're just catching up with friends.

The staff were so considerate about my dietary needs. They checked everything carefully and made me feel completely at ease. It's rare to have a meal out without any worry.

The member pricing on the main courses is a solid perk. The ribeye was cooked exactly right, but the peppercorn sauce was a bit thin for my taste. Still, the meat itself was spot on.

The French onion soup was really rich, and the monkfish tail had this great sauce. But honestly, what stuck with me was the room itself – the lighting was so soft and the chairs were actually comfortable for a long dinner. Just a nice, relaxed spot.

Focused menu, creative dishes. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Had a quick lunch there, food came out fast. Solid spot for a good bite.

The homemade pies and cakes are solid. You can tell they're made with care. Had the apple pie, crust was good, not too sweet. A decent spot for a quick dessert.
