Came here for a quiet lunch. The wine list was decent, a few nice options. Service was good, they left us to it which was nice. Just felt the prices were a bit steep for a weekday lunch, especially in the off-season.

The staff were so friendly, made us feel right at home. They had a live band playing, which was a nice touch for a relaxed evening. Noticed they had a cash machine outside too, handy for splitting the bill. A pleasant spot for a casual night out.

Portions are huge, the small chips could feed two. The wine list had some decent local options that paired well with the hearty food. Good value for money, though the place gets quite loud later on.

Booked for nine last minute on a Friday, and they squeezed us in. The portions were huge, everything tasted fresh. Staff were really friendly. Made for a nice birthday dinner.

The beef was tender and the chicken in breadcrumbs was solid. The sweet and sour sauce did get a bit thick as it cooled, but they had a nice house red that paired well with both.

The steak pie was a proper homemade one, lovely flaky pastry. Filling was rich and tender, a really satisfying portion. Just what you want on a cold evening.

Service was prompt and attentive. The steak was cooked exactly as requested. Good spot for a business lunch, efficient and quiet. Prices are reasonable for the area.

The portions are a bit small, but you can really taste the freshness in every bite. The fish in my poke bowl was so clean and bright. It's not a huge meal, but what's there is good.

Loved the crab sandwich! A bit on the pricier side, but such a nice spot for a casual catch-up with friends.

The owners are so friendly, even to dogs. It's a warm, personal touch that makes this family-run tea room feel like home.

The onion rings were spot on, and the lamb steak special was cooked just right. Nice touch with the big jugs of water, too.

Nice local pub, staff are friendly. The food was really good and portions are generous.

The lasagne was really comforting, just like a homemade dish. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were settled in. It's a cosy spot, feels like a little find.

The courtyard is a real find on a sunny morning. Grabbed a flat white and a croissant, and just sat there for ages. Coffee was spot on.

Solid selection of beers. Tried the rye stout and a pale ale. Both were clean and poured nicely. Just popped in for a quick one and it hit the spot.

Sushi was fresh, good flavour. Presentation is neat. Service was efficient, they kept our water topped up without asking. Prices are reasonable for the area. Convenient location near the station.

The lamb shank here is cooked for hours, just falls off the bone. The gravy is rich, not too salty. It's the kind of dish you focus on, nothing else matters while you're eating it. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for in flavour.

Food comes out piping hot, which I appreciate. But for the price, I was expecting a bit more on the plate. The quality is there, just wish the portions matched the cost a little better.

The student discount is a nice touch, and the app rewards are handy. Had the pasta with a glass of their house red – a simple but solid pairing for the price. The wine was a bit young, but it did the job. Good spot for a casual bite.

The schnitzel was exactly what I was looking for. Good portion size, came with a solid salad. Service was efficient, got in and out for a business lunch without any fuss.

The food was pretty decent. I just wish the staff were a bit more flexible with their policies. It felt a bit rigid for a casual meal.

Portions are definitely on the smaller side, which I actually liked. Meant we could order a few different things without feeling stuffed or wasting food. The scallop dish was just right for two to share.

Booked for a birthday. The scallops were spot on, and the sea bass was lovely. The team was great. What really stood out was the wine list – found a fantastic white that paired brilliantly with both the seafood dishes. A bit on the pricey side, but the sommelier’s suggestion was spot-on.

Popped in for a late breakfast. The vegan plate was huge, with really nice mushrooms and avocado. Felt like a proper feed.

My go-to Costa in Eastleigh for a catch-up. It's just a bit quieter than the others, which is perfect when you actually want to hear your friends! Found a cosy little spot tucked away. The food options are decent, had a nice panini.

The kebabs are always spot on, and the pizzas are loaded with toppings. We came for a casual catch-up and the generous portions meant we could all share. The fresh salad was a nice touch too.

Ordered delivery to the boat at the quay. Salt & chili ribs and prawns were tasty. Quick and easy.

Been coming here for ages. Their kebabs are spot on every time - juicy, properly seasoned, and the portions are generous. It's the kind of place you know won't let you down.
