Stumbled onto this place in a little alley and honestly the service felt way too formal for a casual dinner with friends 😅 Food was solid though. Desserts were kinda meh, nothing exciting. I&#39;d come back for the main dishes but maybe skip the sweets. Good spot if you&#39;re in the area and want something decent without the tourist crowds.

Food was really good and the price felt fair for what you get. We didn&#39;t book and had to wait about 20 minutes for a table, so definitely make a reservation if you can. The place was packed the whole time we were there. I&#39;d go back, just not without a booking.

The roasted duck with cashew and vegetables was the highlight. Crispy skin, tender meat, that rich sauce just pulled everything together. Service was quick too, didn&#39;t have to wait long. Place was a bit warm inside though, could&#39;ve used more air. Still, I&#39;d come back for that duck. 🦆

Small menu, but the steak was cooked just right and the fries were perfect. Good value for Brussels. Tables are a bit close though.

Friendly owners, that&rsquo;s the first thing you notice. We popped in on a quiet Tuesday and ended up chatting longer than expected. The venison sausage was the standout &mdash; proper gamey flavour, not dry at all. Place has a relaxed, easy vibe. Only thing: service slows down a bit when it gets busy, but they&rsquo;re nice about it.

The vegetarian dishes were actually pretty solid, even for a meat-eater like me. The presentation is lovely, and the view is a nice bonus. Just be prepared for the bill &ndash; it&#39;s definitely a special occasion kind of place.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and honestly the soup hit the spot. Nothing fancy, just solid food at a fair price. Bread and butter on the side was a nice touch. I liked that it wasn&#39;t overly crowded either, could actually sit and eat without feeling rushed. Place is pretty bare-bones but that&#39;s kind of the charm. Would come back if I&#39;m in the area again.

The cocktails here are my usual Friday thing. They use fresh ingredients, you can really taste it in the drinks. Big space, easy to find a seat. No food though, so I just grab something before I come. It&#39;s fine for a drink or two.

Been coming here for years and the waffles still hit the same. Crispy outside, soft inside, just how I remember it. Place gets busy around noon but whatever, worth the wait. One of those spots that never really changes, and honestly that&#39;s fine by me.
