Strawberry milk tea with lychee was a solid choice, not overly sweet. Staff is friendly and they usually have some kind of promo running. Convenient spot to grab a drink.

Prices are okay for Manhattan. The buffet is by weight, so I tried to be careful loading my plate. Still ended up with a pretty hefty bill for what felt like a normal lunch portion.

Love that Local Roots has fresh groceries and ready-to-eat options. The prepared foods I tried were clearly made with quality ingredients. The back patio is a nice touch for a quick lunch.

The staff here are really friendly and personable. They remember your name and what you like to drink. It makes the whole place feel welcoming, like you're a regular even on your first visit. That kind of service is nice.

Evening staff is always friendly. They remember my usual order, makes the place feel like home. Good folks.

Monim was so attentive and friendly, really made our girls' night out feel special. 😊
