The tagliata and Fassona tartare were outstanding, showcasing the restaurant&#39;s commitment to high-quality ingredients and careful preparation.

Found this cute bakery in Aosta! Their selection of bread is huge, but I was really drawn to the pastries. Tried a custard-filled bombolone and it was just the right amount of sweet, not too heavy. The lady behind the counter was super nice too.

Refined plates and the local wine pairing really stood out. Service was smooth, not too formal. Just a heads up, it&rsquo;s a bit of a climb to get there.

Came for the local wine selection, and it didn&#39;t disappoint. The staff knew their stuff, suggested a nice glass to go with my charcuterie board. A bit pricier than I expected for the portion size, but the quality was there.

Been coming here for years. The ham and cheese crepe is solid, filling enough for a lunch. Toblerone one&#39;s good too if you got a sweet tooth. Cash only, which is a bit annoying, and you&#39;ll wait in line. But the quality stays the same every time. That&#39;s why I keep going back.
