_TI***ntThis restaurant is a hidden gem on Cowley Road, known for its fresh ingredients and timely cooked dishes. The warm and friendly service makes every visit enjoyable.
_TI***fqI had a fantastic Sunday lunch at the Beacon Bistro. The mixed roast was spot on, and the chef was very accommodating with our requests. Great environment and friendly service!
_TI***p9The location is very convenient, with a neat and tidy environment that feels warm and comfortable, making it a perfect dining choice.
_TI***zlKokum stands out for its exceptional quality and authenticity. The lamb chops and garlic naan were particularly impressive, and the overall dining experience felt like a true culinary journey.
TheForkUserWhat a lovely Sunday roast! There were a lot of choices and the beef was cooked perfectly. It was a great portion size as well. Our server,Sarah, was lovely and attentive. I would definitely go back.
TheForkUserExcellent Friday evening meal. Lovely sharing starters (fondue and padron peppers) and good quality, well cooked mains. Great service and buzzy start-the-weekend vibe.
TheForkUserThe staff were amazing as one of our guest cars broke down and we had to delay the order and wait 90 minutes for our guest to arrive. The chef and all the staff were amazing and delivered super food considering it was 9pm for a 7.30 pm table booking. One young lad, couldn’t remember his name, blonde hair and very kind and helpful with a cheerful voice. Thank you to you all for being so patient with our late guest.
TheForkUserThe restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and service was very fast. My grandchildren enjoyed their food and said they wanted to return
_TI***7afantastic customer service from Jesse and Hunter. ordered the cheese and bacon burger with a drink on the £7.99 deal, and the burger is better than TGIs.Football on the big screens and Tvs around the pub so you never miss any action.will definitely be back.
TheForkUserKelly the waitress was so helpful and funny. Enjoyed an excellent seabass and sticky toffee pudding! My husband said his dirty burger was very good too.
TheForkUserVisited same restaurant twice recently with 2 small groups of adult students with learning disabilities/autism. We had an excellent afternoon + Daisy on our 1st trip was an excellent waitress.I booked a 2nd group of students the following week via the 'Fork' app after receiving an email offering 50% off food. It was then a real shock when already seated, I was told the discount was unavailable. I am convinced at the time of booking the App accepted the promotion code.Anyone with experience of caring for someone with Autism would know that deciding to leave the restaurant at this time was Not an option as anxiety levels would have kicked-in. So we remained, the meals were excellent + the students were happy, it was just disappointing that the bill was slightly more than they had budgeted for.Don't be put-off visiting the restaurant though, I'm sure it was just a 'blip'!
TheForkUserThis was our first visit to the Aylesbury Harvester and we found it really welcoming. The staff were all very friendly, food was good (my egg was cooked hard just as I'd asked). Drinks were perfect also, not overloaded with mixer and ice.
