Our trip to Cortona started with the most Memorable  dinning experience we had all weekend. Organika (Francisco and his team) delivered 10/10 on all aspects. from when we arrived after a delightful sunset stroll down the hill from the town Centre. We were greeted immediately and taken to our outside table and our experience began. some light cocktails and delicious breads and oils  followed by 4 excellent dishes with paired wines to match generous servings made it more special as sometimes wine pairing can leave you wanting a few sips more. the ambience was just what we expected, a large table next to us seemed to be having an equally amazing evening, We overheard one lady say that it was the best meal of her life and how could Tuscany do better. at the end of the evening Francisco came to ask our feedback and we couldn&#39;t praise his dedication and teams efforts throughout the evening any more  .Well done I cant wait for my next trip to Cortona and to dine again in Organika.

We decide to come back ???? to test all menu. And more we will go there again!

We enjoyed every second! The food, the service and the beautiful garden amazing! And maybe a wierd compliment but by far the cleanest and biggest bathroom in Italy :).

Very good for, service and price. I highly recommend this restaurant. The only bad was the bread they gave because of the mandatory couperto.

The venue is amazing and we were lucky as the restaurant was offering a full tasty menu for Eur 35, including a bottle of vino novello. It was definitely a great experience!

This amazing restaurant is absolutely fantastic!! Attentive, friendly staff who definitely knew how to advise and cater to all our needs. The food was out of this world, exactly what we expected from the chef, Aldo. We had made a special trip to taste Aldo&rsquo; creations after eating his cooking previously. A delightful, gastronomic experience as expected. We will definitely be back! Thanks all!

The breakfast and lunch prices are really fair. I just love the vibe here, especially the cozy corner table by the window. Mr. Fabio, the owner, is super nice and always says hello. It&rsquo;s a great spot to relax.

Ordered via WhatsApp, super convenient for a quick lunch. Got the Tuscan pasta and a burger. Pasta was ready in 10 mins. Burger was solid. Good variety on the menu for a fast bite.

The spot right in Piazza del Campo is just perfect for people-watching. I loved the traditional Tuscan flavors in the pasta &ndash; you could really taste the attention to detail. Staff were super nice too.

Been coming here for years. The Cacio e Pepe is just right, creamy and peppery. It&#39;s the kind of simple pasta you keep thinking about. The alleyway spot is quiet, good for a slow dinner.

Really nice little restaurant with good honest food and very charming service. Dont expect gourmet, but the genuine Italian feel. We were very satisfied.

The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the pappardelle with chingiale ragu; it was truly delicious!

Lots of panini choices here, even veggie and vegan ones. I grabbed a classic prosciutto and mozzarella. The bread was crisp, just right. What stood out was their house red by the glass &ndash; a simple Sangiovese that actually paired nicely with the salty prosciutto. Solid casual lunch spot.

Highly recommended for its authentic Tuscan cuisine! The tortelli with truffles and tagliata were delicious, and the portions were generous.

Didn&#39;t do the full dinner. The tartare looked great though. A la carte menu is nice if you&#39;re not super hungry. Prices are okay for the area, but portions on some starters seemed a bit small for what you pay.

Grabbed a late dinner here after wandering around Arezzo. So close to the main street, super handy. It&#39;s a tiny place, felt like we were in on a little secret with our friends. The truffle pasta was the star, so rich! Got a bit loud later on, but that just added to the fun vibe.

A lovely welcome to Arezzo. The hostess was so warm. I really appreciated the fresh ingredients in my salad, the greens were crisp and vibrant. A nice, simple start to the trip.
