The scallops are creative while the short ribs and potatoes are both exquisite in the technique and flavorful. I would return just for the beef and potatoes alone!! My only surprise is how gamey the pork belly was. It didn't go as well with the pineapple and leek as I had expected.

TheForkUserWe arrived early whilst they were still setting up but they accommodated us to wait in their premises and be away from the wintry cold of Canberra, that is much appreciated. Can’t fault the great service and the cool ambiance, as for the food, if you like burgers, this is a place you must try.
