I booked this bistro based on the reviews and what a delight!We shared the shrimp, which was recommended, for starters, followed by the fish of the day - tuna and cod with onions, a tomato rice (very yummy) and salad as sides. Everything was very tasty, amazing! Staff very friendly and spoke great English.

Wonderful small restaurant.  Waitstaff were knowledgeable and very personable.  The food had a richness and intensity of flavours.  Great choice if you are looking for an alternative to traditional Portuguese.

Rather quiet on a Thursday night but superb food. Squid as a starter was lightly cooked and very tasty, garlic prawns were very garlicky. We all had &ldquo;steak on a stone&rdquo; for main course. The fillet was very tender and tasty. Choc mousse and flamb&eacute;e bananas rounded off a superb dinner. Ambience was calm and quiet but we loved it.

Great place. Food quality 👌 tasty authentic friendly waiters nice atmosphere. We would definitely recommend and hopefully return. 👍

First visit.  Food was very tasty - espetada and lamb chops. Very good portions and good quality.  House red was good for 10&euro;.

Have walked past the restaurant many times during our visits , it was just suprisingly good and so close to the Palms .Pricing represented excellent value for money.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and there is a very kind and friendly gentleman who made us feel at home. We tried the shrimp and leek risotto, and it was absolutely incredible&mdash;flavorful and perfectly prepared. Highly recommended!

good choice of menu and very tasty food.  surprisingly good dessert menu - bananas with passsion fruit was delicious, but share - it was huge.  excellent value.  will definitely go there again.

I highly recommend this restaurant for its authentic Portuguese food. The waitress was very kind and attentive, and the dishes were fresh and flavorful, making it a great choice for lunch or dinner.
