_FB***32I lived in Atlanta for several years and honestly had several bad experiences at quite a few Ford Fry restaurants. I recently flew to Atlanta from Los Angeles where I’m from with my best friend, and because our rental car wouldn’t be ready until the following day, against my better judgement we dined in at Superica buckhead. Although the food is ok, it’s the service (or lack thereof) and blatant disregard of our existence that forced me to finally write a review after all these years. There was actually a point where I was an employee at El Felix in Alpharetta, but was forced to resign after a horrible experience with a manager who had a clear and very obvious bias against me, after telling me I couldn’t be a bartender at her restaurant because she was sure my experience was from strip clubs and bars. (My background is in hotels btw) so I quit.During our visit two weeks ago, we came in on a very calm Saturday evening before the rush and was approached by a host who told us there would be a long wait. We looked over at the bar and seen two open seats and asked could we sit there and was told “no” by the host because of “social distancing” regulations. After a gentleman finally got up (there’s now 3 seats) we were able to go and have our seats at the bar. After about 7-8 minutes, we were finally approached by the bartender, who was tending to the service bar and we finally asked for menus. About 10-12 minutes later, a Caucasian older woman came and sat directly in the open seat next to us and was greeted immediately and served a frozen margarita at the same time we finally received waters. I then walked over to the host to ask why the lady was able to occupy a seat we were told we couldn’t because of social distancing and her response was “Well I didn’t see her sit there” in a very sarcastic tone, with an eye roll to finish.I can only blame myself for continuing to support a company that clearly doesn’t appreciate my business for any reasons that I can think of ot
