We ordered a terrific Bruni Syrah (recommended by the staff) and the chef delivered our appetizer called “cacio e pepe” but completely different from the pasta of the same name. We ordered the duck with greens and spaghetti with red shrimp crudo. You can tell the chef cares about his creations. Everything was amazing! I only wish we had stayed for dessert.La Brusta
