Rossini Bistrot is a fantastic little restaurant. We’ve had the 4-course menu, Franciacorta and their open Rosso Piceno, all of which were really good. We‘re working our way through the better of Pesaros restaurants since a week and this was the best so far. Creative andperfectly cooked - a really nice change to the standard grilled fish and pasta. We felt very welcome and at home. If we can, we‘ll come back before we leave.

We kept coming back for lunch. The staff remembered us by the third day, and that made it feel like our little spot. My son even got his usual pasta without us asking.

Solid spot for a quick bite. The tapas are legit, just like in Spain. Good selection of beers and wines, prices are fair. Got my food fast, which is key for a lunch break.

Came in for a quick lunch. The pasta was really good, simple but tasty. Staff was friendly and helped me pick something. Menu had a lot of options, almost too many.

Ordered at the counter, got a number. They called it when my pasta was ready. System works fine, even when the place is packed. No fuss, got my food.
