The reason the ambiance was rated so low is because despite having a heater in the restaurant, it was not on and it was so cold we could not take off our coats, and this is the first restaurant bathroom I've been in that did not have a toilet seat.. confirmed with my partner not in the men's or women's room, and the hard wooden seating really needs some padding. It's not hard or expensive to go to a china shop or such to get some seat cushions. Nosso, also in Covilhã has done this to make their customers more comfortable and it's appreciated!

TheForkUserThe service was excellent. Filomena and Sara were attentive, prompt, very personable. Food exceeded expectations.My mom and aunt were with us and they are elderly and handicapped. The dinning room is on the 2nd floor. Access only with winding and long staircase. No elevator. I find this very disappointing and demonstrates lack in caring for the older and disabled population.
