Michelin star quality for a fraction of the cost that you would pay in any other country. Seasonal and local ingredients are combined in innovative and perfectly executed dishes. I live between London and LA, and have been to many great restaurants, but il Piastrino is the one I always return to: a hidden gem in a beautiful part of Italy untouched by tourism. Worth making the trip for the food, the view of the rolling hills from the garden and a stroll in the gorgeous medieval villages Pennabilli and San Leo

Nice spot for a Sunday aperitif. The buffet is a good deal with the first drink included. Their house wine was a pleasant surprise.
