Been to a few Costas, this one&#39;s up there. Staff were really friendly, which made a difference. My flat white was spot on, and the sausage roll was actually warm for once. Handy that you can park easily too.

Lovely spot right in the centre of Great Malvern. The interior has a really nice, calm vibe that made it easy to relax. A much better choice than the chain places around here.

Clara was a gem, so patient while I took ages to pick a drink. The kids devoured their cookies and brownies, which were a real hit.
