Stumbled upon this spot and now it's my go-to for breakfast. The full English is spot on, and the staff are really friendly.

Proper home cooking, exactly what I needed after a long day. The chilli con carne was hearty, packed with fresh ingredients. Portions are generous, no skimping. It's simple, comforting food done right.

Always a solid choice for a filling lunch. The portions are huge for what you pay. Had the grilled salmon and it was cooked just right. Their house white wine was a surprisingly good match with it, crisp and not too sweet. Left feeling very content.

As a vegan, solid options. The hummus and avocado on sourdough was tasty, kept me full. Good selection of mains and cakes too. Decaf with plant milk was decent.

The lamb shank was the star. Cooked for hours, the meat just fell off the bone. The red wine sauce was rich and deep, but not too heavy. It came with a decent portion of mash. That's what I came for.

Just landed and needed a coffee. The cortado here hit the spot, really smooth and strong. Exactly what I needed after a long flight.
