Been coming here for years since I work in the area. I'm a creature of habit, and their cold brew is always consistent. It's the main reason I keep walking over. Sometimes the line gets long, but the coffee's worth the wait.

We had a nice, quiet lunch here. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which made the whole meal feel relaxed and easy. The atmosphere is calm, perfect for a low-key meal. It's a reliable spot for that.

The burger was solid - juicy patty cooked just right, and the bun held up well. Grabbed a window seat, nice for people-watching. A good spot for a casual bite.

Been coming here for years, it's a solid spot. The buttermilk pancakes are huge and fluffy, you really get your money's worth. My husband and I can barely finish a stack between us.
