Been getting the shrimp miso ramen here for years. It&#39;s always the same, in a good way. The broth has that deep, rich flavor every single time. A real comfort spot for me.

Their breakfast sets are still a steal. Got the classic eggs benedict combo, and the hollandaise was just right. Even with everything getting pricier, this place keeps it affordable.

Busy Saturday, just the chef and one server running the whole show. The yakitori was spot on though, really tasty. Might be better to come alone on a weekday when it&#39;s quieter.

The DIY ramen and crepe counters were a nice touch. Picking my own toppings made the meal feel a bit more personal. The crepe batter was a little thin, but it was still fun to watch them being made fresh.
