The boss said that he used big tomatoes to make it. The taste of theirs is stronger than the sour soup of other restaurants. My friend ordered a crispy pork noodle. The clear soup is relatively light. The crispy pork skin is not crispy when put into the soup, but the pork is still very fragrant.
