TheForkUserOur trip to Cortona started with the most Memorable dinning experience we had all weekend. Organika (Francisco and his team) delivered 10/10 on all aspects. from when we arrived after a delightful sunset stroll down the hill from the town Centre. We were greeted immediately and taken to our outside table and our experience began. some light cocktails and delicious breads and oils followed by 4 excellent dishes with paired wines to match generous servings made it more special as sometimes wine pairing can leave you wanting a few sips more. the ambience was just what we expected, a large table next to us seemed to be having an equally amazing evening, We overheard one lady say that it was the best meal of her life and how could Tuscany do better. at the end of the evening Francisco came to ask our feedback and we couldn't praise his dedication and teams efforts throughout the evening any more .Well done I cant wait for my next trip to Cortona and to dine again in Organika.

TheForkUserMagical setting in a castle compound. Restaurant atmosphere was traditional in historic val setting with white beam ceiling. The service team was amazing - knowledgeable, courteous and on the spot to deal with out of bound situations like our kids wanting "more" - :)... and just so friendly. Great Food was very good and executed well. I am a foodie and Michelin fan and Fighine delivered a high standard on creativity without forcing "eclectic" or novel tastes on us. We loved it. Very nice amuse-bouche! We will be back


