Stopped by for coffee and ended up staying longer than planned. The quiche with salad was pretty good, and the portion was generous for the price. Baristas clearly know what they're doing. Place has a relaxed feel, easy to walk to from the main square. Only thing is it got a bit noisy when a group came in, but that's fine. Decent spot if you're in Cholula.

Stopped by for coffee and ended up staying way longer than planned. Place is big, that colonial courtyard in the back is the best part. Old school vibe, super chill. Just sat there watching people walk by. Coffee did the job, nothing fancy but fine. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

The mole was solid, and the staff didn't rush us at all. Snagged a seat upstairs with a view of the cathedral. Their margarita paired nicely with the rich sauce.

Came here with a couple friends on a random weekday afternoon. We grabbed a table outside and honestly, the people-watching was top tier. Food was decent, nothing crazy, but the prices felt fair for what you got. Service was a bit slow since it was packed, but we weren't in a rush anyway. Good spot to just chill and chat.

Came for brunch and ordered the chilaquiles—they were solid, not too soggy, just the right amount of salsa. Smoothie was fresh too. Place has this modern feel with a tiny terrace in the back, kinda easy to miss. Service was fast, no complaints there. Portions are decent for what you pay. Would go back if I’m in the area again.

Stopped by for a late lunch and really liked how fresh the veggies tasted in my bowl. Portions are solid for the price. One thing though—by 5pm a few popular dishes were already gone. Guess you gotta show up early if you want the full menu. I’d go back for sure, just timing it better next time.

The coffee here is really something else—you can tell they actually care about the beans. Staff took time to walk me through the whole process, which I didn't expect. Just wish the cups were a bit bigger.

Stopped by for a beer and that famous cake. Cake was solid, beer cold. Place has a nice vibe, nothing fancy but good for a quick stop.

Stopped by for a coffee and ended up trying their pour-over. Barista knew exactly what he was doing, walked me through the beans without being pushy. Got a nice medium roast, smooth finish. Place is small but chill. Wish they had more seating though, had to grab a spot by the window.

The tuna empanadas are the real deal, and you can tell a lot of stuff is made in-house. Coffee was solid too. Staff took care of us without hovering.

The Summer Light with lion's mane was a nice change of pace. Place is tiny, but the drink quality makes up for it.

Stopped by for a drink and ended up staying way longer than planned. The music was just right—not blasting, not background noise. Prices are fair too, which is rare around here. Had a decent cocktail while watching the crowd. Nothing fancy, but it does what it needs to do. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.
