Food was correct but not exceptional. The service was kind but, in reality, careless. We order a tomato soup as a starter and they offered us a mini tomato soup and the chief's offer, which is quite silly. The (red) wine was at 24 or 25 degrees centigrade and when I asked for an ice bucket the server replied that red wines are served hot while the correct temperature for that wine should be about 16 degrees. As I insisted he told me that he would bring one immediately but never did. The service was very slow (almost three hours to have lunch!), in particular, because they could not decide who was serving as, so most of the time no one was doing it!

Been coming here for years. The owner always remembers my usual order, even when it's been a few months. That kind of consistent, personal touch is what keeps me coming back. The coffee's always spot on.

Spacious split-level dining room. The decor is interesting and creates a welcoming vibe, though it can get a bit loud when it's busy.

Breakfast at this charming old spot. The Spanish omelet was fantastic. Fresh juice was very good, but I would have loved a simple coffee option to go with it. Still, a solid start to the day.

The grilled octopus was the standout. Tender, smoky, with a perfect char. The accompanying aioli had a nice garlic kick. Portion was decent for the price. Could have used a touch more salt, but that's just me.

Historic tavern on the main square. Feels like a living museum with all the bullfighting stuff. Good for a glass of wine.

Been coming here for years. The terrace is my spot when the sun's out. Food's always solid, never lets me down. That's why I keep coming back.

Stopped by for lunch. The owners are super nice, really made us feel welcome. They had no problem with our friend's gluten-free request. Just a chill spot with good vibes.

The patatas bravas were the star for me. Perfectly crispy, with a smoky paprika aioli that had a nice kick. The burgers were solid, but those potatoes... I'd go back just for them. Service was a bit slow with our big group, though.

Staff were really patient with our kids, even when they got a bit fussy. That makes a big difference when you're trying to eat out as a family. Service was smooth and professional.

Jacinto was a great server. He suggested the steak and it was cooked perfectly. Desserts were good too. Service was prompt and helpful.

Been coming here for years. The Extremaduran stew is exactly how my grandma used to make it. A bit pricey now, but that's everywhere. Solid spot for a proper meal after a day in the mountains.

The separate kids' play area is a practical feature. We had a business lunch nearby and could see the children from our table. It allowed for a focused conversation. The food was decent, nothing exceptional, but the setup served its purpose efficiently.

The tasting menu was solid. Lamb came out perfectly cooked, plating looked really nice too. Felt like they've stepped things up lately. Just wish the pacing between courses was a bit quicker, we were there for almost three hours. But the food itself carried the night.

Been coming here for years. The food is always prepared with care, you can taste it. That consistency keeps me coming back.

Came here with a couple of friends on a chilly evening and that fireplace really made it. We grabbed some local wine and just hung out for hours. Prices are super fair for what you get. Would definitely come back when the terrace is open, seems like a nice spot for summer. Just wish they had a few more snack options to go with the drinks. 🙂

Cozy spot, nice atmosphere. Came on a weekday when other places were closed. Service was smooth and welcoming.

A solid spot for a family dinner. Service was attentive, they took time to explain the dishes. Everything tasted homemade and fresh. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but it's fine for the quality you get.

Solid set menu for €20. Starter, main, dessert, and a drink included. Portions were decent, and the service was prompt. Good option for a business lunch near the office.

Lovely terrace for a drink, but the ingredients in the salad weren't very fresh.

The oxtail croquettes were very good, and the Iberian ham was nice too. Service was excellent, they gave some helpful advice. A decent meal, though I did find it a bit pricey for what you get.
