The hotel itself is fine, but the kitchen really stands out. Had a simple pasta dish there last night, and it was honestly better than some dedicated Italian spots. The dining room feels cozy, not stuffy.

Possibly the best Michelin one star experience we have ever had.  The food was incredible matched by the amazing attentive service of the team.  We cannot recommend this restaurant enough.  It&rsquo;s truly next level.

The tan tan ramen was a standout! I loved that you can adjust the spice level&mdash;went for a medium kick and it was just right for me. The broth had a nice, nutty depth to it. Really hit the spot on a chilly evening.
