TheForkUserAmazing, cozy place that creates an unique experience and atmosphere .The full menu consists of so many different, good, and original things, I do recommend trying it.But before ordering it know that it will make you full, or perhaps if you feel that’s too much just ask to take away with you. Great experience all together, definitely a 10/10

TheForkUserIt was a nice experience in a well-kept old masseria nestled in the Sicilian hinterland. Perhaps I would offer diners the opportunity to choose dishes without saffron, which I also appreciated. Overall we were satisfied.

INSULA Restaurant Mediterranean Mood

TheForkUserThis small restaurant is located within a nice hotel facility. It is somewhat difficult to find since no signs or the like can be found on the way to the venue. But if you use google maps it’s manageable. The food is of high quality, all products obviously fresh and the price is reasonable considering what you get for it. The service is really taking care that the guests feel comfortable. I can clearly recommend this place.

TheForkUserThe food is of very high quality and I do keep going back although as they show you to your table you are practically ignored for 20-25mins.An extra 5 mins of attention by bringing something to nibble and taking the order for drinks, would make the wait much less painful. Sitting at a table waiting for so long for some attention could ruin the experience because the food as I said earlier is delicious. As you’re shown to your table they should instantly ask if you’d like to order drinks, serve them fast and put some bread or grissini to help kill the time waiting for your order to be taken. It shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes, and your patrons have nothing to grumble about.
