TheForkUserOur bike tour provider recommended this lovely spot. We are not foodies, but it was an incredible meal on the terrace. Service was attentive but not overbearing. The ravioli with sage for a first course was scrumptious. Usually I pass on the breadsticks but these were delicious. The salmon entree was accompanied by perfectly cooked vegetables. TheForkUserWe had a phenomenal meal at la Locanda del Falco, this restaurant was truly a delightful, unexpected find in Valdieri. I had the set four course menu, which was excellent value at 35 euros. The dishes featured inventive twists on Piemontese cuisine. Service was attentive and gave really nice wine recommendations to pair with each dish. Extremely reasonable prices too - we paid 50 euros pp for a four course meal with wine/beers.
