Lovely pub where you actually can chat as music is not loud. Friendly service. Had their pies and they were super tasty. Highly recommend!

Waste of time booking. Rude woman &lsquo;Valentina&rsquo; who does her best to ignore you says you&rsquo;re not booked even though I&rsquo;ve got multiple reminder emails and a text on my phone- it didn&rsquo;t matter that people were just walking in and sitting down but us with the booking it seemed to be a problem.She served people and then walked off when I was next in the queue, she then grabbed another member of staff and did her best to distract them from serving when they came out of the kitchen. Once we&rsquo;d finished eating and popped over to order the deserts, again she walked off. Really awful customer service. All other staff members completely lovely, friendly and helpful!

The restaurant is good, unfortunately a discount is always offered by the site and the bill is not applied... the first time I made an observation they corrected, this time I didn&#39;t bother I paid the bill without the due discount on food.

Callum and Tracy looked after us, giving us a great welcome and service as we celebrated a family birthday. Couldn&#39;t have asked for a better place or nicer people. Dog friendly too!

The Maynard Arms has a fantastic atmosphere, especially in the back garden, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed outing with friends. The staff, particularly Maggie, are incredibly welcoming and attentive.

Great place for short meetings and watching sports, with loads of screens and really nice staff. The pub food is also at acceptable prices.

Despite some issues with the brunch menu, the food we did have was good. Just be aware of the unadvertised 15-minute rule for bottomless drinks.

The &#39;Sax in the City&#39; bottomless brunch is a must-try! The buffet spread was impressive, and the NY Strip steak was cooked to perfection. The live jazz added a lovely touch to the atmosphere.
