Loved the terrace on that little square — such a vibe. Food was fresh and creative, though portions felt small for the price.

The nacho pizza is such a fun twist—really flavorful, and the toppings felt fresh. I’ve been back a few times just for that. Staff were friendly too, happy to suggest things when I couldn’t decide. Maybe not the healthiest choice, but worth it once in a while.

The restaurant boasts a lovely ambiance with spacious seating. The scallops and lobster were particularly noteworthy, and the dessert was a perfect ending to a wonderful meal.

Pleasant restaurant with friendly and correct service. Acoustics in order: it was busy but not excessively noisy. The food was tasty and plates beautifully presented. We had to wait quite a long time for our starter (45 minutes).Visited again in 2024, staff was friendly and spontaneously offered to make a new meal: I ordered fish with sweet and sour sauce, but what I got was a kind of soy sauce that would have a bit of a sweet and sour touch. Soy sauce always makes me nauseous. I put the plate aside, they offered to make fish with sweet and sour sauce as I expected. Great service! This were the 2 dishes that I have ordered. Yen tafoh and pla laad prik. It was very good

Delicios food, interesting combinations and a good wine selection to pair .All above and a very careful service is the recipe for a memorable dinner

Nice concept > 'Gaspas', very tasteful small dishes, veggie and other - homemade! Beautiful scenery > art nouveau avenue Louis Bertrand - terrace! Friendly staff, cosy atmosphere, correct pricing! We'll be back, and highly recommend it to our friends! Pieter & Lucette.

The chilli paneer had this nice smoky kick, and the biryani was fragrant without being too heavy. What stood out most though—the lady running the place actually came over to ask if the spice level worked for us. That kind of attention feels rare. Cozy little spot, though the seating’s a bit tight.

The chicken souvlaki was properly grilled, still juicy inside. Fries were solid too. Place has a nice relaxed vibe.

Food was solid and came out fast. Dining room felt a bit cold though, kinda wished I'd kept my jacket on. 🥶

We were really very happy in this restaurant. The food was good, the service friendly and a cosy place to sit.

The pad thai here really stands out—had it last week and the flavor was something else. Place is tiny though, got pretty cramped when it filled up. We managed to grab a table without a reservation but I can see why people book ahead. Solid spot if you're in Maastricht and craving Thai.

Very nice people, even with full esplanade during busy weekend, inside we had a really nice and quiet lunch with our kid!

Loved the sunken tables, that setup is pretty cool. Sushi was fresh and the ramen hit the spot. Place has a nice vibe, not too loud. Wouldn't mind going back to try more stuff.

The premium menu with extra sashimi was worth it. Fish tasted fresh, portions decent. Nice spot if you feel like treating yourself.

The hostess was really friendly and our food came out fast. Portions felt fair for what we paid. I'd come back again.

The owner-chef clearly cares about what he does. He stopped by our table for a quick chat, which was nice. The crème brûlée was the best I've had in a long while - creamy, not too sweet. Rest of the meal was decent too. Maybe slightly pricey for the portion size, but I'd still go back.

The pide here is really good — got the one with slow-cooked meat and it was properly tender. Prices feel fair for the portion. Place is pretty casual, nothing fancy, but that's fine. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Stopped by after the new owners took over. Sandwiches are still big, that’s good. Service was actually friendly this time, even when it got busy. Had the club, plenty of filling. Place could use a bit of a wipe down but nothing terrible. Solid spot for a quick lunch if you're in the area.

Cozy spot with a little garden out back. Grabbed a coffee and cake, ended up staying way longer than planned. Nice place to just chill.

Dropped by for a quick lunch. Got the five-course menu — took a bit longer than I'd like for a midday break, but honestly, the food was solid. The host was friendly, kept the vibe relaxed. Left full and on time enough. Would come back if I'm not in a rush.

The dim sum here is legit. We shared a bunch of plates and everything came out hot and fresh. Prices felt fair for the quality. Nothing fancy inside but that's fine by me.

The white beans tajine with kofte and merguez was solid. Fried anchovies on the side were a nice touch. Food's consistent here, service is friendly. Quiet little square too.

The tomato soup keeps me coming back every time. Service stays friendly and quick, even on busy nights. Sure, it's a bit pricey and not the easiest spot to get to, but that soup's worth it.

Decent place for a quick bite. Spaghetti with extra cheese was pretty good and the portion was generous for the price. Nothing fancy, but fine.

Came here on a Saturday morning, grabbed a seat by the window. Coffee was solid, staff didn't rush me at all. Watching the market set up while sipping was a nice way to kill an hour. Place gets busy but it's worth squeezing in.

Lovely terrace right on the Dijle. Food was fresh and tasty, really liked the local touch. Service friendly, but a couple of glasses weren't spotless. Still a nice spot.

The bread alone is worth stopping in for. Simple toast with butter tasted way better than it should have, and the pain au chocolat didn't disappoint either.

The chef's got some wild combos on the menu—most of them actually work. Hostesses were genuinely friendly too, made the place feel easygoing.

The golden latte was really nice, smooth and not too sweet. Space is comfortable for sitting a while, though it did get a bit busy later. Almond croissant was already sold out when I got there around 3pm, so go earlier if you want one. I just had the coffee and it was enough for me.
