Been coming here for years, and Lauren and Zack always make it a good visit. They're just consistently friendly and on the ball.

Came for the hummus and Adana kebab. The freshness of the ingredients really stood out. The bread, grilled right on the fire, was warm and had a lovely texture. A solid, healthy meal.

Been coming here for years now. It's a bit tucked away from the main drag, but that's part of the charm for me. Just a short stroll from the centre into a quieter neighbourhood. Always feels like a proper local spot.

The fresh pasta here is the real star. They make the sauces in-house, and you can really taste the difference. Finished with a proper Sicilian cannolo - so hard to find a good one! Staff were lovely too.

Service was pretty good, Michael was especially attentive. The pizzas are consistently fresh and tasty.

Ordering here is pretty straightforward. You can sit with the menu as long as you need, then just head to the counter when you're decided. It's a decent system, though the counter can get a bit busy at peak times.

Been coming here for years, and the dauphinoise potatoes are always spot on. Creamy, perfectly seasoned, just the right amount of give. That consistency keeps me coming back. The broccoli tempura's good too, but honestly, it's all about those spuds for me.

Service was lovely, really friendly. George in particular was so helpful with the menu, pointing out the lighter options and which dishes used the freshest seasonal produce. Made choosing much easier.

Really enjoyed the tempura prawns here. The batter was light and crisp, and the prawns inside tasted so fresh. The chicken yakitori was nicely grilled too. A good spot for a simple, quality Japanese meal.

Been coming here for years. The service is always spot on - friendly, not overbearing, and they remember you. That's what keeps me coming back.

The staff were so lovely! They sorted a gluten-free version of the full Scottish breakfast for my friend without any fuss. It was really tasty, and even had a gluten-free beer option. Made our catch-up so much easier.

The breakfast portions are massive, seriously! We came here before a long day exploring and it kept us full until the evening. Great for a group of friends needing fuel.

Been coming here for years. The pizza’s always spot on, especially the No. 4. Gets proper busy at weekends though, you’ll be waiting for a table.

Service was prompt and professional. Staff clearly explained the courses and wine pairings without being intrusive. Efficient for a business lunch.

The staff were so patient explaining all the salsas to a newbie like me.

Came here for a late lunch with a couple of mates. It was nice and quiet, not packed at all. We could actually hear each other talk for once! 😅 Perfect for a proper catch-up. The vibe is just really chilled.

Loved the open kitchen here, you can watch the chefs work while you chat. The spicy meatballs were spot on. A nice find for a casual dinner with mates.

Burgers are fantastic, honestly some of the best around. Wings are solid too. Portions are generous for the price. My go-to for a quick, filling lunch. Service is usually fast, which is key for me.

A proper local Scottish cafe. The energy is just right, not too loud, but you can feel the morning buzz. Full of regulars and families having their fry-ups. It's the kind of place that just feels settled.

The stone-baked pizza was really good. Service was friendly too, though the place got a bit loud later on.

Nice spot to unwind after the trail. The atmosphere is relaxed, just right for a pint. I had a local ale with my burger – the pairing worked well. A solid choice for a casual drink and a bite.

The pizza was solid - nice, fresh toppings. We sat upstairs though, and the lighting was a bit harsh compared to the cosy downstairs area. Good crust.
