The Christmas dinner was lovely. I really appreciated the attention to fresh ingredients in the seasonal dishes. The service was smooth and made the whole evening feel relaxed.

Took the family here for a birthday. The staff were really on it, checking in without being pushy. They handled our big table smoothly, even when we were a bit all over the place. Made the whole thing much less stressful.

Been here a few times to catch a game. The spicy chicken stack burger has a decent kick, not too crazy. Plenty of screens around, even in the booths, which is handy. It’s a solid local spot for that.

Been coming here for a few years now. The food is definitely better than your usual pub grub, but you do pay for it. My steak and ale pie was lovely, but at £18.50, I was hoping for a slightly bigger portion. Still, it's a nice treat.

I was curious about the spice bag, and the ingredients tasted really fresh. The chicken was tender, and the vegetables had a nice crispness. It's a solid choice if you're looking for something flavourful but not too heavy.

Stopped in after a walk along the Thames. The fish and chips were decent, but what stood out was the freshness of the peas and the side salad. Really crisp and clearly not from a packet. The local ale was a nice touch too.

The steak and ale pie was the standout. The pastry was flaky and buttery, the filling rich with tender beef and a deep, savoury gravy. That's what I come for.

Love that they have so many screens for the game! The outdoor bit is great too, heaters kept us cosy. Perfect for catching up with the crew over some drinks.

A solid pub with a good vibe. The portion sizes are generous for the price, which I appreciate. I had the fish and chips, and it was a proper plateful. Not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for here.

Nice clean spot, staff are lovely. Food came out pretty quick, but honestly could’ve been a minute or two faster. Not a big deal, just a busy night maybe.

The veggie burger here was solid, with a nice char on the patty. Paired it with a local pale ale from their taps. The pub cat wandered over for a quick hello, which was a nice touch.

Always a nice vibe here, especially on weekends. They have sports on and live music, makes it feel really lively. The staff are friendly and it's just a comfortable spot to relax for a bit.

A hidden gem for wine lovers! They have a wide selection of wines and a menu that caters to all diets. Perfect for sharing and enjoying a unique dining experience.

Limoncello spritz was spot on. Ada and Malik know their stuff. Good vibe for a chilled evening.

Lovely little spot, plenty of seating. The food was the highlight for me. Everything tasted super fresh and the flavours were spot on. My fish dish was cooked perfectly, not dry at all. Really enjoyed it.

The hookah was smooth and lasted ages, flavours were spot on. Staff were friendly without being overbearing.

Stopped in to escape the rain and ended up ordering a few tapas. The patatas bravas were honestly the best I've had—crispy outside, fluffy inside, and that sauce! A really nice surprise.

Busy Saturday during the flower festival, and the service was still spot on. The waiter suggested a lovely local red that paired perfectly with my steak. Made the whole evening. Staff were genuinely friendly, even when rushed.

Popped in for a quick drink after work. The vibe was lively but not too loud, which was nice. The service was solid, no complaints there. It's a good place for a casual pint with mates.

The staff were so lovely! Really helpful with a last-minute request for a bigger table when a couple friends showed up unannounced. Made our catch-up so much easier.

The Guinness is lovely and fresh. They have a nice variety of other beers too. The food portions are generous, which is great for sharing. Really enjoyed the beer garden out back on a sunny afternoon.

The cauliflower steak was a solid choice for a vegetarian main. They had a decent craft beer list, and the staff knew their stuff—suggested a nice IPA that went well with the dish. A bit pricey for what it was, but the pairing worked.

Been meaning to try their Sunday roast for ages. The pork belly was spot on, really tender. Portions are generous, couldn't finish it all. Service was quick and efficient.

The staff at the Blue Anchor are incredibly friendly and attentive. Our waitress Ellie made our experience memorable with her cheerful service.

Decent portions for the price. Good spot to grab a bite with mates, especially if you catch one of their daily deals.

Came on a balmy Saturday evening and really enjoyed the selection of wine, cheese and meats. Cozy place and comfortable seating and the service was spot on - attentive and relaxed, felt like you were at home with family! Food and wine was excellent quality, couldn't fault anything. Will be back again.

Been here a few times now. The portions are always generous, you can tell they use good stuff. Had the steak last night, cooked just right. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

The Sunday roast is the star. The meat was so tender, and that Yorkshire pudding was enormous! The gravy had a really nice depth to it. It just felt like a proper, comforting meal.

Amazing and excellent. I was so happy to bring my friends from Seoul and they really enjoyed, aprreciated for everything

The staff here are so lovely. Mia and Alex remembered my name from my last visit, which was a really nice touch. It makes the place feel like a proper little neighbourhood spot.
