Tucked away in a quiet little square, this place has that proper cellar feel — low lighting, stone walls, the lot. Cozy without trying too hard. We sat near the back and it was easy to forget you were in the middle of the city. Not a huge space, but that’s part of the charm. Just mind the steps on the way down if you’re not watching your feet.

Stopped in for a quick pint and the carvery. Guinness was spot on, honestly up there with the best in town. The beef was tender, plenty of gravy. Place was busy but I got served fast enough. Solid spot if you're in Stillorgan and need a proper feed without the fuss.

Friendly staff and the pub had a proper buzz about it. Beef and mushroom pie was homemade, really decent. Prices fair for what you got.

Stopped in for a drink, ended up staying for dinner. Nachos were decent, chicken wings were actually pretty good too. Place has that old historical vibe which is nice. But honestly, the portion sizes felt a bit small for what you pay. I get it, you're paying for the atmosphere, but I left still a bit hungry. Fine for a quick bite, not for a proper feed.

Found this spot on the Michelin guide. Trout was spot on, well seasoned. Manager sorted us out nicely, proper service. Decent for a quick bite if you're in the area.

Lovely spot for a feed — the place was hopping on Friday night but we got our food quick enough. Siobhan looked after us really well, proper friendly. Only gripe, tables are a bit close together when it's packed.

Been coming here for years, still just as tasty. They even threw in extra sauce once, love that for us. 😄

Nice little spot for a feed. Coffee was grand and the staff didn't rush me out. Bit tight for space but that's the charm of it.

Service is quick and the food’s tasty—decent shout for a mid-week lunch or a coffee break when you’re out shopping. Been back a few times now, still hits the spot.

Cocktails were solid, that Spicy Cucumber one had a proper kick to it. Gabi looked after us well, friendly without hovering. Place had a good buzz about it.

Decent kebab place for a quick bite. Got the chicken kebab, pretty good and hit the spot. Nothing fancy but does the job.

Stopped in for brunch last Saturday. Got the pressed sandwich with smoked salmon—really tasty, no complaints there. Chai latte was on the sweeter side, which I liked. Menu's small but everything looked decent. Most plates around a tenner, fair enough for the area. Staff were sound, didn't rush us at all. Place was busy but not mental. Wouldn't mind going back if I'm passing.

The Guinness here is seriously good—creamy, proper pour, one of the better pints I've had in Dublin. It's a proper local's pub, nothing fancy, just a bit rough around the edges. Gets packed though, like shoulder-to-shoulder at the bar, but that's kind of the charm. I'd go back just for the pint, honestly.

Stopped by for lunch and grabbed the chicken burger. The chicken was properly cooked, juicy, not dry at all. Bruschetta on the side was decent too, bread was fresh. Place was busy but not chaotic. Staff were nice, didn't rush us. Just a solid spot if you want something easy and fresh.

The churros with chocolate sauce are the reason I keep coming back. Warm, crispy, and that sauce is properly thick. Inside the shopping centre so it's handy, though it can get a bit busy around lunchtime. Fine for a quick stop if you're craving something sweet.

Great spot for a quick bite and a pint. Whiskey selection is solid, toasties hit the spot. Live music was a nice touch, not too loud. Service was fast enough for a lunch stop.

The Guinness was spot on, proper pour. Chicken burger did the job too, though I'd have liked a bit more sauce. Good crowd, friendly enough bar staff. Solid spot for a pint if you're in the area.

Decent spot for a quick lunch. Got the veggie curry, plenty of options which is handy. Food was tasty, no complaints. Staff were sound and didn't keep me waiting. Place itself was clean, felt genuine. Not the cheapest but fair for what you get. I'd go back if I'm in the area again.

Came here for my birthday and honestly the steak was spot on—asked for medium rare and it came out perfect. Staff brought out a little plate with a candle and sang, which was a nice surprise. The owners stopped by our table for a quick chat too. Only thing is it got a bit loud later on, but the food made up for it.

The lamb shank was properly falling off the bone. Good portion for the price. Worth stopping in if you're passing through Beechwood.

The Pollo Funghi pasta was proper comfort food, creamy and well-seasoned. Decent portion for the price too. Just mind yourself around the area after dark, it gets a bit sketchy.

Turkish eggs were spot on, pancakes fluffy too. Place was packed but the staff kept it together, coffee came out quick and strong. Only gripe, we waited a bit for a table but that's on us for showing up late. Solid spot for brunch, I'd go back.

The tandoori jumbo prawn masala had that nice smoky char, and the mango lassi was properly refreshing. Seating area felt a bit cramped though, could barely move my chair.

Lovely spot for catching up with friends — the hot chocolate is seriously good and the pastries are class. Interior’s dead pretty too, very Parisian vibe. Staff were sound.

Stopped in for the Cork game and they sorted us with a good spot. Guinness was class, and the chicken fajitas were a solid portion. Big beer garden out back too.
