Rude woman ‘Valentina’ who does her best to ignore you says you’re not booked even though I’ve got multiple reminder emails and a text on my phone- it didn’t matter that people were just walking in and sitting down but us with the booking it seemed to be a problem.She served people and then walked off when I was next in the queue, she then grabbed another member of staff and did her best to distract them from serving when they came out of the kitchen. Once we’d finished eating and popped over to order the deserts, again she walked off. Really awful customer service. All other staff members completely lovely, friendly and helpful!Mr Falafel
