TheForkUserIt seems nearly impossible anymore to get a decent curry with the depth of flavour and intensity you could find on any high St 20 St years ago. However Sai delivered exactly that, not only great food put great service. My wife is dairy free and the manger came to our table to discuss options and was delighted that she finally could get an great curry without compromising. 10/10 We will be back.

TheForkUserAbsolutely brilliant and the service was amazing, the devastation XL was worth every penny, but I will say I didn’t need fries as well lol managed the banoffee pudding which was beautiful and free, thank you to all the staff we really enjoyed our visit and will come again when in London.

Barbeque
TheForkUserWhat a fantastic place! The staff were really welcoming and just the right amount of attentive, the atmosphere was buzzy (we sat by the cooking area - fascinating and great ventilation so neither hot nor smelly), and the food was completely delicious. We expected the meat dishes to be good, but the veg sides were a revelation - the grilled hispi cabbage especially. Amazing sauces! Fast service too so we could comfortably eat here before going to the theatre. They also treated my husband to a free dessert as it was his birthday. Will definitely be back!

TheForkUserExcellent pizzas - some of the best we’ve had. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Lots of other diners were clearly regulars, and a lot were Italian, which is a clear vote of confidence in the food. We’ll be back.

TheForkUserLovely spot to sit on a warm evening…have been a few times …small plates are great to share…today we had pasta…lovely linguine, gnocchi was obviously light and handmade ..maybe a little over cooked for my liking but flavours lovely. Have tried most of the white wines by the glass and not one I haven’t enjoyed.

TheForkUserTasty food, but slightly expensive (at least the starters). Went for my birthday with my family which was very nice.Restaurant is mostly a takeaway so it didn't have many customers which was nice as it meant it was mostly quiet. They gave me crackers as a birthday present which was nice for the thought, but it was funny as they did that at the end of the meal, so couldn't enjoy with the meal, which would've made more sense.12.5% service charge.

TheForkUserThis was my second visit to Stag City within a fortnight and I wouldn't have returned if my 'première visite' was disappointing! The food was freshly prepared - piping hot, well garnished and timely served. My advice to prospective clients is to be adventurous and try different dishes, you will not be disappointed. A note to the lady who served us, who also happened to be the owner, thank you for your suggestions.
