It was a  super lovely experience. The food was so special, a real creative and mind blowing combination.  Everything was so thoughtful, not inly the food, but also the cuttlery and the dinner ware. My wife and I visited Bolenuis for the first time this evening.  The food was very creative and delicious.  Good wine pairings, especially an unusual joining of a winter ale with the chocolate dessert, which turned out perfectly.Very professional and attentive staff.  The chef has incredible skill in preparing vega dishes.  Nice atmosphere.  Good location.  9/10.

This place is a must-visit for anyone in Amsterdam! The fries are fresh and tasty, and the variety of sauces available really enhances the experience.

The tasting menu with wine pairing was a fantastic and highly recommended experience, where each wine perfectly complemented its corresponding course.
