TheForkUserbest ok
TheForkUserExcellent quality/cost ratio. The dining room at la Table du Rouan is charming with its light grey/white tones. It has a trendy but stylish atmosphere. We went for the 4 course daily menu (34 EUR) and were not disappointed. Everything was tasty and the portions were big enough even for 3 hungry teenagers. A Cremant d'Alsace and a good white Pernand Vergeles (2020 - 38 EUR) went well along with the food. Efficient and smiling service from the team. Only negative note is the view outside right to the parking place and the AC equipments of the hotel (not an issue if you at night though)
TheForkUserIt‘s like a Bistro from the appearance. The staff is nice but everything service related is basic. The food was nice and a lot. It’s not a chick place but good for a leger dinner.
TheForkUserIt seems like the food is more in the background. There is a lot of show around the food. Unfortunately to the detriment of the food. The interplay just didn't fit. Unfortunately, nothing for the fine palate. The overall quality of the composition was not good. Therefore very expensive. Nevertheless, the staff is very eager and friendly as well as courteous. In summary, I would say that they are compulsively trying to be something special here.
