TheForkUserGiovanna was super responsive to our requests, from start to finish of our lunch . It was a very hot day and we had a two year old toddler to care for. She was very nice and passionate, giving us a lot of insights about the food, the way the colata of alici was done and why everything is so delicious. She even made us taste (free of charge) other fried alici. The freshness of all the ingredients is top.
