TheForkUserA fantastic dining experience! The food was beautifully presented and full of flavour, with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. The service was warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. A wonderful spot that we’ll definitely return to - highly recommended!
TheForkUserAll perfect ! Nice place, warm welcome, very tasty food, good wine. The restaurant is located in the most charming quarter of downtown Grenoble.
TheForkUserSimplicity and excellence at the same time. We liked the atmosphere and service and enjoyed the food. We came here more than once during our stay at Lac d'Annecy ... which says it all.
TheForkUserPerfect service and all the food was delicious! The terrasse is near the road and railroad tracks, so it can be a little noisy.
TheForkUserDelightful little restaurant, pleasant ambience and very good food. THoughtful but not over-bearing service. Well worth a visit!
TheForkUserMy 2nd visit; not just excellent food of a very high standard, but also a true culinary experience. A must visit, I think. We had 5 dishes filled with variety, surprise and good presentation. The ingredient quality and attention to detail of each dish was very high. Merci beaucoup, je reviendrai, encore.
TheForkUserWe have been in Annecy for almost one week and have not been able to find any restaurant with food we liked, all restaurants seem to serve the same limited choices. We went to L'osmose du Lac in Talloires at the end of the week and were so delighted with the restaurant, we wished we had discovered it earlier in the week. The staff were welcoming, the wine choices endless but the best part was the delicious food we had for lunch. We began with gazpacho, which was served with a lovely mint sorbet in the middle of the bowl. The gazpacho was delicious. Our main meal was the special of the day, a mixture of chicken, duck, and veal served in a wonderful sauce and vegetables. The dessert was just as wonderful as the other courses, I had chocolate mousse (although too much for one person) and my husband had poached pear in red wine. The meal was reasonably priced, especially for such good quality food and service. Thank you! The #60 bus will take you from Annecy to Talloires.
TheForkUserGreat food and service!!! The fondue was delicious and the portion was so large that we couldn’t even finish it!
TheForkUserWe went there to eat as a couple. We really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, we were in direct light of the projector and had light shine in our eyes. But food was great. And service was quick. Staff were nice.
TheForkUserMy reviews of this restaurant are about as predictable as having to visit when we are in Valloire. The only downside this time was not being able to eat there twice in the week, as we usually do - our fault and not the restaurant's due to some indecision in our party of 21!Call ahead or book on TheFork to ensure a place and you will not be disappointed. The youngers always love "the Bell", while the adults partake in the local dishes, meats and abundance of cheese. Be sure to finish with a Genepi or 2 for the authentic apres-ski experience :)
TheForkUserBeautiful setting, nice selection of French food. Service was casual but friendly. Great spot to check out while visiting Grenoble.
TheForkUserWe had never visited the restaurant before, but ended up visiting twice during our week-long stay in Grenoble! The first time Amul served us and he was the perfect host, guiding us what to eat and chatting amicably. The food was like no other Indian we have visited, as the recipes were family ones which undoubtedly provided unique flavours and were perfect for our need to eat vegan dishes. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their choices with paneer cheese - something they had not tried before. The restaurant was busy on both nights and both Amul and his colleague’s customer service was second to none. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and one we would all wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you so much
TheForkUserA pleasant moment at a reasonable price with a view on the snow mountains and the lake. What else? Efficient service and natural wine from Annibal.
TheForkUserWe have been here a few times now and it never disappoints. The food, staff and restaurant are fabulous. Will definitely be returning next year when we visit again.
TheForkUserExcellent food and service in a great location on the Place Grenette, and very good value for money.
_TI***biThe restaurant is located in a charming and quiet area, making it a great spot for a meal. The menu is tempting, and the cocktails are excellent. I was impressed by the presentation of the dishes and the overall quality of the food.
TheForkUserHad the best moules marinere there and cafe gourmand!! Was the perfect place to dine for dinner (so close to our hotel The Splendid) after just flying in en route to Courchevel. Service was fab & attentive and ambience good too x
TheForkUserVery nice terrace with mountains view in a quiet environment. Gastronomic food with seasonal products. Short wine list but with good wine selection. Price slightly on the high side.
TheForkUserthe best food in Alpe'd'Huez , creative dishes, great ingridients and nice bar and selection of wines. nice decor, great staff that speak english and understand clients
_TI***nzAn excellent place for lunch overlooking the ski slopes. Everything is delicious, with plenty of options, both savory and sweet. I loved the brunch and highly recommend it to everyone.
_TI***zjI had a wonderful experience with impeccable service and a warm welcome. The complimentary digestif was a nice touch that rounded off a great meal.
TheForkUserWent there twice. Great tapas and sangria. the service and ambience were exceptional with an excellent live guitarist a nice bonus. Fully recommend.
TheForkUserWe were a group of 5. As the weather was inclement, we were seated upstairs which was super as we had the space to ourselves. Service was excellent and the dishes super. The menu is short and everything is fresh and made to order. Just what you want! Good quality and very reasonable prices. The place is tiny but awesome. Recommended!
TheForkUserSuper food, friendly service and a lovely ambiance. Seems perfect for both dates or larger meals. Our waiter Edwin had an incredible knowledge for the background of our food and took us on an informative journey from the monks who made the wine to the difference in crime brûlée
TheForkUserJust a terrific restaurant, excellent food, service and ambience along with a pleasant and helpful staff. We have eaten here at least 6 times during our group of four’s, one month stay in Talloires and it quickly became our dependable, go to local eatery. It was our favorite in town. The lac perch preparation was the best, even better than anything I had in Lyon, loved the vitello tonnato as well. Plus, it’s probably the only restaurant in France with French comedy skits running on a loop on a TV in the toilette.
