Wife had the sushi buffet that she enjoyed, I had the duck rolls, tempura prawn and teriyaki chicken. All very nice and well presented

Unfortunately the main thing that let this restaurant down was that albeit they said the fish that day wasn&rsquo;t to the level they have at the restaurant which is fair enough, that they only have salmon and tuna. This was extremely disappointing and had we known prior to sitting down we likely would have gone elsewhere. This is very common fish which we could have anywhere so it did let the whole meal down really! This is what sushi is and to be told we didn&rsquo;t think many people would have sushi at an Asian restaurant was surprising.. the sashimi was removed from the bill as a gesture of good will which was appreciated but it stopped us ordering a lot more and we left hungry as we didn&rsquo;t just want tuna and salmon for the whole meal!

Food and service is very good. Wine service was excellent with expert selections and knowledge. Pace of serving was executed well and felt food came at the right times.

Really cozy local place. Great piri piri chicken and nice deserts. All homemade. Really cheap prices and exactly the local vibe you are looking for.

The terrace has a lovely view, the food is truly tasty, and the staff puts in a lot of effort to make sure you have a wonderful time.

Beautiful setting , very quiet out of season but staff very attentive, service , food and drinks all excellent. It feels more special than the places on the marina but us very nearby.

We booked through TheFork because we were specifically craving authentic paella&mdash;and wow, did this place deliver. Restaurante Villa Velha ended up being one of the best dining experiences of our entire trip.The paella was hands-down the best we&rsquo;ve ever had. But what really set the experience apart was the chef himself&mdash;a warm, passionate Spaniard who took the time to explain every detail behind the dishes. We learned that the pata negra was aged for 3 years, and the razor clams came from a local cove where the salt levels in the water are unusually high&mdash;giving them a more intense flavor and delicate size.The Catalan cream and cheesecake were also exceptional&mdash;light, flavorful, and clearly made with care.You can feel the heart in this place, from the food to the people. If you&rsquo;re looking for an authentic, memorable meal while in the Algarve&mdash;book this place.

We have regularly dined in Hamburgueria B&amp;B while staying in the area. The staff are great, the restaurant is a library of world craft beers &amp; the food is amazing. The burgers are so tasty &amp; home made!! They have a really good menu. They also have a burger of the month special and we managed to enjoy their October &amp; November offers that were delicious. They marry flavours so very well that you can&rsquo;t put your burger down after the first bite!!! I was spoiled with their gluten free options too. (Bun &amp; chips) Loved their fresh salmon burger I had yesterday evening. We can also recommend their cheese cakes!!! So fresh &amp; wonderfully homemade. We highly recommend a visit&hellip;you&rsquo;ll be hooked !!!

It&rsquo;s a bit more pricier but worth it, I would recommend the combinations. But unfortunately the discount doesn&rsquo;t apply to them. Lovely atmosphere. With all the takeaway the service got a bit slowly even only with 4 tables occupied. All in all great experience and quality

Had to wait about 45mins for the food to arrive, even though there was only one other family of 4 in the restaurant! The food was nice, when we asked for the dessert menu he said all they had was icecream! The bill came and instead of 50% off they had only given us 30% off and he said nothing could be done as the manager wasn&#39;t here, even though on the receipt it said the Manager had done our bill. I asked a few times for the complaints book but he kept saying as we booked through The Fork, nothing to do with them! First he said it&#39;s the first 7 lucky people to book each day get 50% off then after a while he pointed to a table of 7 people saying you only get 50% off if you are 7 people or more! He then contacted The Fork and he said as I amended the booking to come 30mins later than I first said the discount was now only 30%, even though on The Fork 50% off was still there! I contacted The Fork myself who apologised and gave me 2000 Yums in compensation and would talk to the restaurant

A very enjoyable and pleasant meal with friends , such a refreshing change to see a menu which was innovative compared to the usual steak,chops and chicken offered in most  local restaurants .Food was first class and the service was impeccable ! A little pricier than other restaurants , but good value.We will definitely return to sample the rest of the menu

Beautiful ambiance and excellent cuisine make this restaurant a must-visit. The attentive service truly enhances the dining experience.

Great service. Nothing too much trouble. Food was some of the best I&#39;ve enjoyed including our visit to Southern India last year. I like the way the waiter listened to our preferences and tastes and made recommendations accordingly. Really tasty dishes all uniquely flavoured. Absolutely worth a visit when in the Algarve. I wish Indian restaurants in the UK were as good as this.

Spectacular meal! My husband got the steak of the day which came with fries and a salad. He pushed away the salad and ate every last bite of the steak and fries and said it was incredibly delicious. Then reluctantly went to the salad and said &lsquo;wow, even the salad is exceptional!&rsquo;. It had red beet carpaccio and pomegranate seeds. Looked lovely. He rarely touches salads but finished this one : ) I had the rice with seafood for two which was enough for three. Wow! Just wow! The fresh herbs and light broth with large pieces of crab, shrimp and mussels made it so special. Just don&rsquo;t wear a white blouse as the broth can splash a bit when cutting into the crab claws. Highly recommend! Would definitely dine there again. Our server, Antonio, was very kind and helpful.

This a very hard resturant to rate as the place is bad but the food is good.Staff and other people smoking inside not very clean and waiter stunk of stale cigarettes. We had very good meat dishes with great sides and very good price.Sorry would not return unless place had a makeover.

Here&rsquo;s our review:What we loved the most:- the sangria of passion fruit, the arroz de lingueir&atilde;o and the squid 🦑 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- the kindness and expertise of the ownerWhat we think can improve:- the am&ecirc;ijoas &agrave; bolh&atilde;o pato -&gt; needed more coriander and garlic (in our opinion)- the service -&gt; I&rsquo;m very understanding that staff is new, young and learning, but a briefing before starting for them to understand some basics and get some bravery in serving clients is much needed.
