_TI***bnI had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a quiet evening. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our meal even more enjoyable.
TheForkUserAfter having lived for 2 years in the islands of the Indian Ocean I was really happy to find a little piece of it here on my plate and John the owner and cook made it as a true Creole Mauricien only even more real! Mo kontan zot cuizin ????
TheForkUserMy husband had the lobster menu which was outstanding and didn't require too much work. I enjoyed another of their prixe fix menus. It was nice we could each have our own choices. Delicious!
TheForkUserThis restaurant epitomises the ambiance of Dauville, class, sophisticated and high end. The restaurant is pricy, so not for everyone's budget I'm afraid, but certainly worth it for those special occasions. If you like sea food you can expect high quality, extremely fresh produce, impeccably presented. The fish dishes are prepared to perfection by obviously top class chefs. The serving staff make you feel special without being to present and everything is well organised. If you are luck with the weather there is a protected terrasse between the restaurant and the sea. We were inside because of the inclement weather, but had a perfect view of the English channels and the sprawling Dauville beach.
TheForkUserCharming and delightful - excellent food and service in a laid back environment. Friendly and welcoming! We loved all the food and wine and found the menu to be curated and inviting.
TheForkUserStarters were ok, good the tripe, desserts below average. No English
TheForkUserWe had a thoroughly enjoyable dinner at Atre. We opted for the 6-course degustation menu, and each dish was beautifully prepared and elegantly presented, highlighting outstanding fresh ingredients throughout. The service was professional, warm and personal, and the opportunity to interact with the chef — who generously shared his passion and insights — made the evening all the more special. As teetotallers, we also greatly appreciated the thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic pairing, which complemented the meal perfectly. A truly memorable experience from start to finish.
TheForkUserWe were the only persons in the restaurant at 7pm. The food was ok, nothing fancy nor bad: I took the meat skewer, my husband the burger. Service was pleasant. We didn't see "the view" since it was already dark.
TheForkUserCharming crêperie located in Tuques. Very friendly service with a great choice of crepes. A must do if you find yourself in the area!
