TheForkUserBeing from New York I was a little skeptical about an "American Diner" in Holland - but was pleasantly surprised! The decor has a fun, almost 1950's vibe and the food and service was great! Not your typical "diner food" though (that's not a bad thing!). I had the carpaccio starter and chicken fajitas as a main and both were delish, as were the desserts! I will definitely go back to try out the lunch menu with my kids - although I miss some classic diner choices like omelets and french toast... Definitely recommend!

TheForkUserI’ve been in several Argentinian restaurants around the Netherlands, but I was always disappointed with the meat. Either it wasn’t cooked well, or it was hard or chewy, or the taste was unimpressive. But here, the food was super delicious, from starters to the main, including the desert. Highly recommend.

TheForkUserService was excellent. Very friendly and clear.We assumed a carpaccio xl alternative to regular carpaccio meant the regular was small. But the xxl carpaccio was actually huge! Good quality meat, seemed freshly grinded of a block onsite. Properly furnished low on cheese and balsamic but allot of roasted seeds. Very good!Vitello tonato was served on toast. If the portion was doubled it would be good for a lunch option. For dinner starters its too small. Quality was excellent! Toast complemented the veal and thick tuna cut well. Entrecote was clearly a decent cut, well prepared and tastefull. Alongside minimal additions to our amazement. Waiter declared a 5 euro survharge on top of menu price if a fork discount was applied due to the sise of the dish. We accepted but serving was small. Other dishes also had a surcharge making a 50% discount a 30% discount.

A 3 courses menu more creative and surprising would have been perfect, the food was a bit outdated and too classical ! Spouse and I split a Italian mixed salad and lasagna. Salad fresh and bountiful. Lasagna was one of the best at a restaurant I have ever had . Finished with homemade tiramisu. all members of clean plate club.
