Everything on point today. couldn&#39;t say anything was wrong. really enjoyed our meal and the server was friendly and very attentive.

Had a work lunch at Duke of York. I would rate this place 5/5 mainly for the exceptional  service provided by Carrie and Emily. These ladies really go over and beyond their duties to exceed brilliance in customer service. Food, starter was amazing, main Shepard&rsquo;s lamb pie, I didn&rsquo;t enjoy. brownie dessert was good.

Pleasant environment.. service good.  Starters were delicious. Restaurant accommodated us with a smaller size portion.  Beef was cut in thickish slice, unfortunately was a bit tough but otherwise food was good.

A brilliant selection of vegetables  for a vegetarian plus the Yorkshire pudding  made a really tasty meal,  extra wonderful with the onions and sweetcorn.                   The  turkey was delicious for the meat eater.

Such a shame this venue is changing hands.The food was absolutely delicious a real treat, the young person who looked after us was friendly and gave us a very pleasant lunch time

Excellent food and service, in a beautiful setting. We booked a table, which was inside the bar, which was fine but there was a table free in the conservatory with the great views of the river and ferry, so we asked if we could move, which was no problem the table was cleared and set right away. The food was delicious.

The location of the Swan Inn is beautiful, providing a lovely setting for a meal. It&#39;s a great place to unwind and enjoy good food.

We were a party of seven. The food was absolutely fantastic. Hot and fresh and perfectly cooked to order. The service was a little slow, but it was a busy Saturday evening so perfectly understandable. Would definitely recommend. .

We had a delightful meal with well-cooked and nicely presented food. The service was exceptional, thanks to Sofie, who made our dining experience enjoyable. It&#39;s a place we would definitely return to.

There was a good choice of food options for all courses and all of the food we ate was delightful, beautifully presented and so tasty. The staff were very pleasant but respected your space. The restaurant was bright and airy with views of the lovely thatched church. We have mentioned several times today about the lovely food we had last night. Would highly recommend and love to have a meal there again.

The staff are almost more important than the food although that&#39;s great too. We were made so welcome. The whole evening was a pleasure.

Sadly the food was a let down, I had the bacon &amp; scrambled eggs, eggs being heavily processed like pre packed powderd eggs yuke!.  &amp; no taste. never mind!.

I&#39;ve dined at yhe Beagle on many occasions the food is always great and the service excellent Our server  Tab is brilliant friendly and helpful

A good selection on both the a la carte and set dinner menus.  The food was excellent and we didn&#39;t have to wait long between courses.  This was the first time we&#39;d been to the Mariner and decided we wanted to try somewhere different to our usual restaurants.  We will definitely be returning again soon.
