Carne Asada had a nice mesquite flavor. The portion was huge, honestly. For the price, you get a lot of food. I couldn't finish it all.

The smothered chicken was great, but the real highlight was how cozy and relaxed the whole place felt.

The wood-fired pizza was good, Italian sausage and mushroom topping. Pistachio cake with vanilla ice cream was a nice finish.

Carmen's menudo is the real deal. Rich, flavorful, exactly what I needed. Best I've had around here. The breakfast chorizo tacos are solid too.

Came for the first time and the burger was huge! Seriously, the patty was stacked high with all the fixings. Nachos were a generous share plate too. Everything arrived super fast, which was nice.

Been coming here for years. The patio is always covered in vines and greenery, feels like a little secret garden. Perfect spot to just sit with a coffee and unwind. That's why I keep coming back.

The catfish and chips here is solid. I do like their seasoning. But the real draw for me is the space itself - high ceilings, big windows, and the tables aren't crammed together. It just feels really open and relaxed.

Love the old-school dive bar feel here. Brick walls, dim lighting, tons of Chicago sports stuff on the walls. It gets pretty loud and rowdy, which is fun if you're into that. Not the spot for a quiet dinner, but a great vibe for a casual beer.

Been coming here for years, and Joshua on the night shift is a big reason why. Doesn't matter how late it is, he's always got a smile and keeps things running smooth. That kind of consistency is what keeps me coming back.

The lunch buffet is a solid choice for the price. I liked the variety of Latin American options, and the casual atmosphere made for a relaxed meal. The staff was friendly and kept the buffet area tidy, which was nice.

The pulled pork sliders were so good! Really tender and full of flavor. Perfect for sharing with a couple friends over drinks. The vibe here is great for hanging out.
