TheForkUserPerfect first meal in Munich after a long day travelling from London Stansted via Nuremberg airport. Restaurant was literally around the corner from our hotel (The Mercure Munchen City). It's a modern version of the traditonal Brauhaus. The food was tasty as was the beer. Our waitress was a delight and spoke excellent English. Will definitely have this on my list of places to eat for future visits to Munich.
TheForkUserEverything was great- good music, decor, service and definitely the food. Loved it. Great place outside to eat when the weather is good but the inside was really cozy.
TheForkUserThe restaurant is nicely designed and has a cosy atmosphere. The waiters are nicely dressed which adds even more to the atmosphere. They gave complimentary Papadam with dips as a starter. The food was typical for Indian restaurants in Germany but delicious anyway. Also the Fork discount worked perfectly. All in all a really nice evening.
TheForkUserThe entire experience - the food, the service and the ambiance - was outstanding! We went for one dinner and were back for a second fabulous evening. Authentic Italian food and best pasta ever! Alexandro masterfully went from one table to the next engaging in several languages to serve his patrons making each feel they were the only customer.
TheForkUserA lovely, small neighborhood restaurant close to the Marienplatz. Delicious bruschetta, salad, penne arrabiatta, and wine! Most memorable meal in Munich.
TheForkUserUncomplicated traditional food prepared with care. Very casual atmosphere, coupled with attentive service, made for a lovely meal. High quality ingredients, too. Like a great homecooked dinner, if you have a talented chef onboard. I’d be delighted to return here.
