The seafood soup was delicious, and the overall vibe of the restaurant is very inviting. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

We had a wonderful dinner with a beautifully decorated set menu that was both tasty and reasonably priced. The friendly service made the experience even better. Definitely worth visiting earlier in the evening!

Wow! I was worried looking at some google reviews, how wrong I was. Let me start by saying I am married to a Japanese, that we are true International foodies and often travelling to Japan obviously for the past 20yrs as a couple . We had the Kaiseki menu (degustation, 5-6 dishes for 88&euro;) not only the food quality and tastes were amazing (as well as quantity), service was spotless, and the quality/price ratio is also quite good compared to another &ldquo;premium&rdquo; Asian (hotel) restaurant not very far that we tried the day before and left a little disappointed. The wine selection was also quite good and reasonably priced for a very nice Duro white wine. We agreed this meal was one of our top 10 Japanese restaurants experience ever, so we cannot recommend it enough. This is definitely a top Madeiran restaurant on the 16th floor of the Savoy Palace hotel so dressing accordingly is recommended to fully enjoy this very nice culinary experience.

This place great exceeded our expectations. We had the filet and octopus and both were served with amazing sides and sauces.  We&rsquo;re only here for 5 nights and we will probably go back because we all enjoyed it so much.

Lovely ambiance! Great in the evening, but go during the day to see the beautiful view. Vegetarian/vegan friendly menu available. Delicious food!

We visit this restaurant every time we come to Madeira. It&rsquo;s truly excellent. The food is exceptional, wonderful attentive service and it&rsquo;s also very good value for money. It seems to be enjoyed by mainly local people( which tells you everything).

The atmosphere here is fantastic, especially with live music enhancing the dining experience. The food is excellent, beautifully presented, and the service is impeccable and attentive without being intrusive.

A lovely little place with fantastic food! The skewered beef was tender and cooked perfectly, and the atmosphere was very comfortable.

The sea urchin emulsion was amazing, great wine suggestion from the sommelier (Nat Cool) and a rum pairing for the dessert. Only downside was the bad acoustics in the restaurant, had to raise my voice for the conversation.

The gluten-free options here are impressive, with a decent three-course set menu at a reasonable price. A great choice for those with dietary restrictions!

We enjoyed a lovely evening meal with garlicky limpets and octopus, paired with a nice glass of vino verde. The waiters were very entertaining!

Amazing local restaurant, simple food done well. My husband had spaghetti bolognaise and I had seafood spaghetti, both excellent.

Although not easy to find, the food was delicious, the atmosphere  welcoming and the all female staff were really lovely.

This restaurant was very classy with a delightful amusee bouche to start with I had tomato soup served over a poached egg from a current it was rich and fresh followed by the beef Wellington beautifully presented and for desert the falsetto creme brulee . The service was immaculate overseen by the delightful head waiter Manuel Santos. In short the best meal have had so far with a wine list to suit every taste and pocket.

The service here is exceptional, with attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend!

Craving for seafood. Oh yes it&rsquo;s one of the best seafood platter I have ever had. Alberto was so friendly and the flavour was amazing in food. Will definitely come back.

First impressions should not deter.  It&rsquo;s a lovely friendly restaurant with well cooked and well priced local food. Yes, it&rsquo;s part of a shopping centre but looks out directly onto the ocean and is very clean and well presented.  A simple menu done well. Would recommend booking.

The food is truly delicious and authentic, with fresh fish and dishes like cataplana and pepper steak standing out as real favorites.
