The chef Damien combined mostly local ingredients in original ways. not only was the plating and presentation superb, each dish had an explosion of flavor that made me wish I had a bowl of it and a big spoon. The outside patio is quite nice but it faces the west and the majority of the tables are in direct sunlight so you either need to arrive early to get a shaded table or arrive near sunset to fully enjoy outside seating.
