TheForkUserWe recently had dinner with friends on the outdoor covered patio which is a beautiful setting. The service was extremely attentive and the food was wonderful!
TheForkUserIf you want to enjoy top gourmet meatballs this is the place. Excellent ingredients, cosy ambience and very nice staff will create the perfect relaxing match for a dinner for two or with friends.
TheForkUserThe dinner was quite good. I had the salmon tartare with Venus rice and avocado which was excellent. The grilled sea bass was excellent. The whole fish was grilled but they filleted it for you after upon request. My husband ordered the fixed menu. His Risotto was heavy and a large portion was served. There was one mussel and two scallops on the top. Very rich a large serving for his primo. He ordered the pork and potatoes which he enjoyed a great deal. Then he ended his meal with tirimisu, which was delicious. The service was lacking. It took us quite a while to get seated even though we had reservations and the dining room was pretty empty. There was no waiter out in the dining room for quite some time and one of the hotel employees came from the lobby bar to assist. One waiter was on for the whole evening service. Once the girl from the lobby helped, the server could catch up and he was quite nice. Definitely worth the trip!
TheForkUserWonderful restaurant outside the Centro Storico of Città di Castello. Delicious and abundant food, exceptional service, more than reasonable prices. Third time there and looking forward to going back!
_TI***jtI had an amazing dinner with my family at this restaurant. The carbonara was a hit with my daughters, and I thoroughly enjoyed the beef burger. The service was quick and the staff were courteous and respectful.
TheForkUserMy wife and I live in a neighboring city much of each year and, frequently, try to find and experience restaurants new to us. Prior reviews of this restaurant gave it high marks but none of the reviews had been recent. We decided to take our chances and were delighted that we did. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. Alessandro, the owner and chef, personally attended to our table and explained his various offerings. We sat inside because it was windy but, there is a nice outside dining area that filled up by later in the evening. We anticipate returning in the next few days and bringing friends.
_TI***d8The ambiance of this restaurant is charming, with traditional decor and delicious first courses priced around €8-9. Just be prepared for limited seating.
TheForkUserAn unexpected gem. Very interesting food including great fish, lovely staff. Not the cheapest around but a good menu and a chocolate pudding to die for. Would highly recommend.
TheForkUserLove everything about this place: excellent ownership values, utterly delightful waitress, unpretentious to a fault ambience, very reliable ‘stick-to-your-ribs’ good food. We eat here a couple of times without fail on our month long annual visits to Montone.
TheForkUserAlthough only a selection of the menu was available, the food was authentic, local and tasty. The staff were wonderful, friendly & helpful.
TheForkUserGreat local restaurant with high quality food and fun, festive atmosphere… a must if and when you are visiting Perugia. This evening we enjoyed folk music that enlivened everyone!!!
TheForkUserThe management at this restaurant is so efficient. She knew my booking was on the fork and I didn't have to ask for the 40% off. Food was very fresh and fantastic flavours, presented well I highly recommend this restaurant. If we had more time, I would go back for another meal!
TheForkUserWe were surprised by the delicious food, the peace and the atmosphere. we especially enjoyed the steak tartare (highly recommended), the risotto and the chocolate dessert. The only thing we liked less was the licorice flavor of the crème brulée. But that's a matter of taste, we prefer the classic variant. But we would absolutely love to come back!
TheForkUserGreat little local place - great food and good service!
TheForkUserStopped for a late lunch on the way to Assisi and wanted something quick and easy. I had the cacio e pepe and it was excellent. All the pasta dishes looked very good. Service was very good. Outside seating was nice.
TheForkUserEnjoyable dinner at Osteria San Biagio. We kicked off with the beef tartare in hazelnut sauce, followed by off-menu tender coratella and tagliolini al tartufo bianchetto (each bite bursting with flavor). My main course was a succulent beef flank in green peppercorn sauce, perfectly cooked. We sipped sparkling water and a glass of excellent local white, expertly recommended by the sommelier. To finish, we shared a creamy Basque cheesecake and a decadent chocolate éclair with strawberries, both divine. The dining room’s elegant, thoughtfully curated décor created an intimate atmosphere, and the service was flawless, warm, knowledgeable, and attentive.
TheForkUserOur trip to Cortona started with the most Memorable dinning experience we had all weekend. Organika (Francisco and his team) delivered 10/10 on all aspects. from when we arrived after a delightful sunset stroll down the hill from the town Centre. We were greeted immediately and taken to our outside table and our experience began. some light cocktails and delicious breads and oils followed by 4 excellent dishes with paired wines to match generous servings made it more special as sometimes wine pairing can leave you wanting a few sips more. the ambience was just what we expected, a large table next to us seemed to be having an equally amazing evening, We overheard one lady say that it was the best meal of her life and how could Tuscany do better. at the end of the evening Francisco came to ask our feedback and we couldn't praise his dedication and teams efforts throughout the evening any more .Well done I cant wait for my next trip to Cortona and to dine again in Organika.
TheForkUserThe location was very nice, surrounded by nature. The food was delicious and the welcoming was very friendly.
TheForkUserLovely spot in Umbertide. Food is classic Umbrian, lots of meat, mushrooms and truffles! The servings are generous. Service very attentive and smooth. Dining room is nice, plenty of space between the tables, though lighting a bit bright. Highly recommended.
TheForkUserThe owner & service team were superb in making the visit to the restaurant memorable in a good way. Congratulations - we would recommend unreservedly.
TheForkUserFood was excellent. We are so thankful. Our server did a great job in translation and we appreciated the effort she put in to understand exactly what we want.
TheForkUserFor lunch, we did not see any written menu nor price. Instead the waiter read the options to us: three choices for primo, secondo, contorno and dolce. We needed to ask for the price, which 22€ for the set menu excluding beverages. The dishes were typical Italian home cooking - not bad, but nothing special neither. We were not able to pay with credit card (even though it was possible to check out from the same hotel). At the entrance door, you could see three recommendations of Michelin - the most recent from 2015. Possibly eight years ago, the restaurant had the quality level of Michelin recommended places, but certainly not anymore in 2023!
TheForkUserGreat evening at Fisheasy. Sat outside on the terrace - lovely atmosphere with jazz soundtrack and garden lights. Warm welcome from host with good English and a great menu of fish dishes, everything we had was delicious and very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.
_TI***ouI was impressed by the impeccable service and the quality of the dishes. The veal cheek braised in Montefalco red wine was a highlight, and the warm bread selection was delightful.
